This week, the Caring NATURE consortium contributed to shaping the BeWell Project’s Skills Strategy for healthcare workers, with a special focus on developing “green skills.”

The BeWell Skills Strategy aims to prepare the health and care workforce to tackle existing and future challenges, adapt to ever-evolving societal contexts, and strengthen their competitiveness.
To ensure the strategy is replicable at local, regional, and European levels, the BeWell project has launched a series of public consultations to gather insights from multidisciplinary experts.
As part of this effort, Caring NATURE partners took part in one of these consultations to share their experience and expertise — particularly on the skills needed to accelerate the green transition in the healthcare sector. A special thanks to Federica Margheri, Laurène Mathey, and Maral Aghababai from the European Health Management Association (EHMA) for coordinating this initiative.

Caring NATURE fully supports this effort, which aligns closely with our innovative healthcare solutions, including our knowledge-sharing and decision-support systems, as well as the ENGAGE solution, designed to foster healthcare workers’ commitment to sustainable practices.
