Over the past months, Erasmus CARING NATURE partners University Rotterdam and SIMAVI have been working on the development of the Caring Nature Knowledge Sharing System (KSS),  a platform designed to support the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and practices across the project community.

The testing and validation phase with five partner Health and Care Providers end users – Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli, Fundacion Privada Hospital Asil De Granollers, Heidelberg University Hospital, Wellbeing Services County of Päijät-Häme, 7th Health Region Crete – is now completed . This step has been essential to understand how the system works in practice: what is intuitive, what needs adjustment, and where it can better support real-world needs. The feedback we received helped us identify both strengths and areas for improvement, providing a solid basis for the next phase of development.

We are now moving into a new stage, where the platform will be shared with Caring Nature’s Reference Stakeholder Groups. This phase will allow us to further refine the system by integrating a broader range of perspectives, ensuring that it is not only functional, but also meaningful and relevant for different users and contexts.

This iterative process is central to how we approach the Knowledge Sharing System: not as a static tool, but as something that evolves through dialogue, use, and continuous feedback.

Stay tuned for upcoming news about the KSS platform!
